Obligations

fulfill the job undertaken this in labour contract

Comply with production-trade management, labour discipline and rules of labour
safety

compensate for the violations and materials (13): following the Team Labour regulation
dated 24-08-1982.
ARTICLE
4: Obligations and rights of the employer:
1. Obligations:

To fully ensure the employee with necessary terms and
conditions committed in the labour contract.

To fully pay and in time the employee all remuneration
and other benefits as committed in the labour cotract, labour agreements (if any).
2. Rights:
-
To manage the employee to finish the work as the
contract (to arrange, appoint, suspend, terminate….)

Temporary
suspend or terminate the labour contract, discipline the employee
according to Law, collective labour
agreements (if have)
ARTICLE
5: General provisions
-
Problems that are not included in the contract will be
applied according to collective labour agreements. In case there is no
collective labour agreements, apply the Labour Law.

Labour contract will be issued into 02 copies with
equal value, each side will hold one copy and get value from …………. When two
sides sign sub-labour contract, the contents of the sub-labour contract will
have equal value as this labour contract.
